This project was a type specimen that I made for the type "Boxes". Boxes was the lucky type that I chose out of twelve to finish and make it an actual typeface. When making this font, I wanted to make something that was a little more blocky. It had started as a slab-serif font that I changed and spent hours using grid paper to make exact measurements because when I took it online it was based on blocks that grid paper uses.
